Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. In the event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong order due to an error on our end, please email us as soon as possible at silham.accra@gmail.com with your order number and a photo showing the condition of the order.

We address these matters on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
